Mission

To generate rigorous, interdisciplinary evidence that informs policy and practice at the climate and health nexus. We work to mainstream sustainable development, empower local communities through community-based natural resource management, and address the ethical complexities of ethical healthcare delivery and climate adaptation in a rapidly changing world.

Vision

A resilient Nepal where sustainable environments, resource equity, and robust health systems guarantee the well-being and constitutional rights of all communities, safeguarding intergenerational health equity.

  • Climate Action & Resilience: To accelerate climate adaptation, climate mitigation, and disaster risk reduction (DRR), while designing resilient infrastructure to withstand climate-induced hazards.
  • Constitutional Rights & Climate Governance: To assist in implementing the public’s constitutional right to live in a clean environment by strengthening multi-level climate governance and conducting collaborative programs with federal, provincial, and local bodies.
